movie stops at end of scene

Hi again peeps.

got a problem with a dvd of mine. The film stops at the end of a scene but when you press next scene it simply just plays on from where it stops.

i realise there must of been some kind of setting used when the film was copied (as i bought it from someone else).

is there anyway i can copy it and basically take out the pauses that it gives me?

Try reburning it.

It may remove the glitch. or it could b the DVD could b scratched.

not sure...

hi borhan9

Ive tried taking another image of the original dvd i got and then re burning but still the same problem. Im thinking that if it was a scratch then surely the majority of the film would be screwed and not just at the end of ALL scenes.

Have u tried convertimg it too AVI and then back to DVD

There should b somethin on the net bout this

No I havent tried converting it, thinking that it was the chapters that it stops on then im thinking it could be some sort of setting.

i know theres stuff bout this on net n thats why im here!!!

Im thinknig if u reburn it via ur hard drive it will get rid of the pause in the movie.

what u could do rip it to ur hard drive then play it off the drive and c if its still there this takes the actual DVD out of the equation then.
