MEMTEST86 DOESNT WORK

hey ppl,

A lot of my programs have been crashing since i bought my comp and somebody said it might be my memory. So i downloaded memtest86 and burned the disk image using nero to a cd. now when i insert it into the drive and restart the comp it doesnt run. I am very frustrated and i really want to know if i have faulty ram. Can somebody please help me get this program running!

So this is supposed to be a bootable CD?
Go into your BIOS and make sure that your PC is set to boot from your CD drive before your HDD.
