MyDVD error 19004

I am trying to burn a DVD using Sonic MyDVD.
Have split an avi file in two so that it will fit.
The first disc copoes perfectly.
However the second disc doesn't.
It transcodes almost all of the video but then comes up with error 19004 before transcoding audio.

Is there anything i can do to prevent this.

All suggestions welcome
