hi People , want someone to tell me if any of the numbers on the ps2 box match the numbers on the ps2 its self , as i leant my ps2 to a mate ,and since i got it back it seems different , he also has a slimline 1 too , so i'm thinking he's tried a fly move and gave me his one back as my ps2 is newer , or is there any other ways to find out , help pleez

I don't know a thing about PS2 but I do know that if you beat someone bad enough they'll usually tell you what you need to know.

Well i looked at my box and my PS2
I found something that did match
The serial number on the bar code on the box and the serial number on the sticker of the Ps2
The letters were different in the beginning, but the numbers matched exactly
i was also going to check my slimline to see if they also matched the box. but the people i bought it from covered the serial number sticker up with their own bar code sticker so i can't read the numbers and it will rip trying to get theirs off.
