I have ripped a movie and now im not sure if i burn the iso file or the mds file that dvd decrypter made? I would appreciate any help!

If your movie is under the 4.38g limit then just open the MDS file in Decrypter and burn. If your movie needs to be compressed use the file tab in Shrink and open disk image and find your file with the MDS open it and proceed to Shrink and Burn :~)
