Problem burning ogm to dvd

What I'm trying to do is convert an ogm file to be able to be played on DVD with subtitles. I've got an srt file with virtualdubmod, and when load the ogm in avi2dvd i get this error.

I've also tried the guide on this site http://www.videohelp.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=222005
i get this error when using tmpenc dvd author

can someone please help me!?!

well, I got past the avi2dvd error by changing the name of the srt file but get another after the first stage of converting audio. Now i get this one

I've made an iso with this program before, but with subtitles I encouter problems. Help please!
