i need help converting a ISO FILE to a DVD FILE with AUDIO and VIDEO FOLDERS. please help........

Hi there,

If the .ISO already contain those directory, you can just burn it directly to media with Nero or your favorite burning software.

If you need to see what's in there, and need to extract a few files only, you can use tools like IsoBuster.

If the .ISO contains video files, not in the proper format for a DVD player .IFO/.VOB (AUDIO_TS and VIDEO_TS) you can still use IsoBuster, to extract all the files, or use tools like Daemon Tools to mount the .ISO as a virtual CDROM drive, then with other software, convert your files to DVD format.

Then burn with Nero or your favorite burning software, in Dvd-Video format.
