OK I downloaded Haggard ISO and burned it to dvd and I put it in and It was all shakie [the screen]How would I fix this?

shaky / jerky? means it was made with bad encoding so i think you are in a no win situtation...

but i came in here on the title pretence if its main movie only use avi2dvd to go from NTSC to PAL...

but i think it will be the same quality?
