max drive corrupting my memory card

after using the max drive cd to try and delete a few items on my memory card, now all the data has gone.
when i view the card in the ps2 browser all the data is shown as corrupt.

this is a 16mb max memory card and all the data is desperately needed, all my network settings, plus loads of profiles.

god the thought of not being able to recover that data makes me wana drive up to were ever the people of max memory/drive live and knock seven shades of shit out of them.

this is the second time the t$*t has done it to me.

please i beg can some one help.

I'll give you the straight non-suger-coated goods on this.

Your data is gone - unrecoverable.

Max memory is okey for managing single files only and sometime finds a way of screwing even that up. I have been through this myself a few times.

Go buy a 32Mb card and never look back....or if you have a modded system use 'Keylauncher' to transfer saves back and forth from your MC to HDD or USB Pen.

well all is not lost, well all data is.
but i was able to reformat the memory card.
at least im still able to us the card.
i think from now ill back up all my saves on to a flash drive.
