ok heres what i did.. ok i got splinter cell did all that... then i chose dashboard and everything.. then when i restarted my xbox to try and get back online, all my modem lights are on and its saying start troubleshooter.. well when i do that it either takes me some screen with japanese stuff thats says "Pls Contact Customer Service" or it takes me to the beginning of loading the disk for halo2 wtf is this crap ???

lol looks like you did something wrong.
get a chip it looks like you wont be able to fix this without a new bios.
