DVDShrink Freezes after I click Backup!

It used to work fine before. After the movie encodes, as soon as I click backup, I get that timer icon and it does nothing. It just freezes. Not the whole computer, just the program. I've got the latest version. What can be causing this?

I'd try removing and reinstalling Shrink. If you have WinXP you can always use the System Restore feature to go back to a point when the program worked.

Are u running other programs or have the internet connected? That could cause problems or if you do not have enough memory.
