i have some video files on my pc but whenever i open the file they are in i get an error report sayin windows needs to close this program send error report or dont send

Whenever this happens winavi wont let me encode those video files any1 now how i can get it to stop doing this and let winavi exept them?

That usually means your system has encountered a significant error. It's probably due to the video files that you attempt to open. Can you tell us the formats (e.g. AVI, mpeg, Video_TS) that they are in, and were they downloaded?
