I have successfully burned to dvd using ICOPY DVDs2 and NERO 6.0(Recode). My Toshiba DVD player (built in to 13 inch color tv) won't read the DVD-R discs, but will read DVD+R. My other DVD player (also a Toshiba stand alone) will read both.

Is there a thread somewhere that might help me understand the compatability issues?

ICOPY and NERO both worked great in burning video_ts files.
