I downloaded both smartripper and dvd decrypter

bascially what I want to do is simple, decrypt my dvd (sound + video) to my hard drive, what is this "Stream Processing" thats found in both programs? does that mean that if i dont enable it, it wont copy the sound over?

Stream processing is the removal of audio and subtitles. Most DVD contain a number of diffrent Audio and subtitle tracks such as surround sound, stereo sound and possibly variuos languages.

Stream processing is used to get rid of one or more of these reducing the DVD file size.
