Problem installing dvd decrypter

I installed decrypter and tried it and it worked. I then tried intalling dvd shrink but got error messages. So I uninstalled decrypter and installed dvd shrink which works fine. But I cannot get decrypter to work now I have installed it again. Any ideas.

what exactly does it do when it "doesn't install"? Does it give you an error? What does that error say?
