My computor was running dvd shrink well and I copied some of my movies, now it keeps restarting my computer everytime I try to use it, it gets to about 1/2 way thru the reading process and bam the computor restarts, It is not over heating I can use DVD x copy but I liked this one....using same media same computer in a 65 degree room...what can I do ....no error messages just a restart on it's on!

found the problem I had a bad 512 meg ddr chip, took it out and it runs perfect on the other 512.
