Convert regular MPEG's to MPEG4

Does anyone know a freeware software or any other good software that would convert regular MPEG movies to MPEG4 movies so that i can play them on my PSP? Any help would appreciated. Thanks.

Dennalynn, thanks for the info. But i found 2 apps that do the trick one is IMToo PSP Video Converter and the other which is really simple and requires no extra steps is 3GP Converter. But thanks for replying.
