Edit DVD video but keep same menu?

I have a DVD ISO from which I extracted the video to edit. The video was dark and the audio was quiet so I fixed them to my liking and now am trying to repack the video. I was wondering if there is some way to keep the original menu because it looks very good and I have not created enough menus to redo it in a timely manner.

If I cannot simply insert the new VOB and IFO files into the image file, Is there a way to copy the pictures and chapter start times to use them when I re-author a new menu.
