(I did look for an answer before, but couldnt find one, please dont flame me)

I just got the Flip-top and the swap-magic 3.6 for my v12 ps2...
I installed the flip top like the online instructions say. But when I put a dvd (original or backup) it just wont read it, it wont even spin.

Whoever has this device, please give me a step by step guide (maybe i missed somethign, or i need to know something else...)
