AR Max Software Disc Problem...

For some odd reason my brand new Action Replay Max software disc that came with the pen drive will not load on my PS2. I keep getting 'Disc read error'. It's starting to get to me since I just purchased this today. Any tips on how to get it working? Ive tried moving the PS2 around and on its side (vertical) still to no avail. Any hints or secrets?

Try re-aligning your laser I had alot of trouble with my ARMax its because its a blue backed CD.http://www.i-hacked.com/content/view/79/62/
