Xenium Ice boot problems

I have just installed a xenium ice solderless modchip and when the xbox boots it stays on for 2 secs then stops and tries again and then once more but stayson the 3rd time flashing red/green and the chip has a red light. Can someone please help or tell me what the hell is going wrong?

I had the same problem when i installed mine. The chip is good but the install isnt. The little wires that go into the holes need to be in all the way not sitting on top. The lights light up like normal and one goes out when chip is installed? Try wiggling the little wires and see if the lights flicker if so you dont have then in correct. What i did is I had someone solder that fixed everything. Those holes are so freeking small!!!
