How to Flash Qoob SX ?

Hi!
Just treated myself to a new Qoob SX, and i have been googling all night, and haven't found a detailed explanation of how to flsah the BIOS ? I have however found you can flash via Network, or DVD-R.
I would choose a network, due to not having a DVD burner at the mo, as my old one is broke and haven't got round to buying another.

So basically, i was wondering if anyone could explain to me how to flash it via network ? And what files need to be transferred to it.

Thanks in advance, and help would be much appreciated.

PS i can only find wiring diagrams, so does the SX chip go in the same position as the pro ? Or does it go somewhere else ? I really cannot find much info on the chip at all.
