Hey guys has anyone had any issues or can think of any issues I may run into by keeping my ps2 vertical with my hd installed. I've read some weird things on the board about keeping your ps2 in one position or another and bad things happening. I don't know why I have the idea that it would be a problem, but I thought I should throw it around just to be safe.

It all depends on the hdd in the ps2 really, like my seagate fits with a small space left, now if i place it standing then my hdd would move and thats not good when it'ss connected to the adaptor which is screwed on as it could bend the pins.

Seems okay as long as it is leveled and on a flat surface. Some computers have the HD and CD drives the same way so i guess it's okay.

Thanks guys, I use a Maxtor and it seems to fit fine so hopefully I won't have that problem. Its on a level surface, and actually so far it seems to heat up less for some reason, who knows.
