Hi,

Was just wondering if anyone has any suggestions. I have the following:

AMD Athlon XP 2600
512MB PC3200 RAM
40 GB Hard Drive
LG4163 DVD-RW Drive
DVD X Copy
TDK 8 Speed -R discs

I brought my DVD Drive about 3 months ago and since then I have created in excess of 60 movies and 30 Data DVD's, all of which came out perfectly first time.

Over the last week however I have noticed that the picture quality of my discs are looking very compressed, a bit like a freeview or Sky Digital picture.

It's not the movie as I redid an old movie, I've tried using Shrink DVD, I've tried using Maxell DVD's and I've tried playing my discs thorough another player and I still get the same result.

The only other possibilty I think it could be is the lens on the Rewriter, but I don't see how this would make the picture look compressed.

Any ideas would be much appreciated.
