ive never used dcvcd before and was wondering what was the best program to convert to dvd?? allso would winavi be able to convert it to non standard vcd in an 800meg file?? the dcvcd file if anyone is wondering is 635meg

Have you tried:

Im not sure if it can convert for you, I know it does work with lots of different video files.
After you convert this file into a dvd file you can use Nero or another burning program to place the files on a Dvd Disc.
