Hi, I just bought the Yamaha DTX-1000 not knowing much about it. It was cheaper then the YHT-755 and seemed similar, although I know nothing about HTIB! Even though they both seem to look very similar, what are the differences between the two? Will I regret buying the DTX over the 755? Is it a capable HTIb for everyday use? TV, music, games,movies, etc?

I noticed the 755 seems to have the superior DVD player, what are some of the other pros and cons of the two similar systems. Are they relatively close in price as well?

So, with the DTX-1000 is there anything a casual audio person should modifer with this system? I've always just used my TV for my audio needs, so I'm totally new, anything will be a huge improvement. I'm not looking to spend much, just some minor tweaks to maybe the weakest parts of the system!?

Apperance wise, both systems look a lot a like, are they similar in size? I know the 755 is a bit bigger for sure.
