SmartXX Modchip. Need Help with reinstalling EVERYTHING!

Hi,

I have got a modded xbox with the smartxx modchip and recently I have had to buy a brand new MAXTOR 250gb HD for it as due to the old one it had dyed.

I have put in my new one and now it seems I can only get about 137gb or so not the full 250gb.

I have tryed using XBpartitioner but they dont seem to work due to an error saying LBA48 or something.

Any ideas please?
