How do you burn .ELF files to a CD-R for PS2 PLEASE??

I've got this .ELF file (Memory Card Formatter) from http://www.exploitstation.com/index.php?page=elfs.

Anyway what program am I supposed to use to burn this to a CD-R and make it bootable so that it will boot on my PS2??

I use Swap Magic CD and DVD to boot my backups.

go to this site http://members.shaw.ca/PS2_BOOT_CD/ it will tell you everything on how to make the cd.

also go to this link http://forums.afterdawn.com/thread_view.cfm/2/160935 this shows you how to fix any problems you might have while installing or making the cd
