I installed ltools 1.8 and now no c drive!

okay, i installed Ltools 1.8 tryed to go back to orginal dash, and screwed up my c drive, now i get error 13, i can still access it via network, i can get to the ltools dash, and i can play games. i would like to resore the ms dashboard...PLZ HELP
