i downloaded 3.6 but its in a folder, with load crap of files how do i burn that?

If you dont know, Swap Magic is a DVD Original Disc used to boot your ps2 backups.

yeah swap magic cannot be downloaded it has to be an original disc, just like a game

PS2 games and Swap Magic Discs are actually pressed DVD/CD discs, they are not burned. PS2 games use the Burst Cutting Area (BCA) of the disc to identify themselves to the PS2 unit. The BCA is not part of a disc that you can burn on, it is only replicated on pressed discs.

So, the only way to play backups is to get boot-discs or a mod-chip.

With the boot-discs (swap magic) you need a 'tool' to open
the tray without pressing eject for the backups to work.

from what ive heard yes, ive heard of people using version 2 to boot 3.6

but that would be loads of swaps, and version 2 etc would need to be original

Why would you waste your time with a backed up swap magic just buy the damn thing it's cheap and all the swaping is not necessary
