I have a V220 and I am trying to download and use the Motorola Phone Tools software. It says "Error 1406, could not write value VersionMinor to key/Products B21788C3A611A546B5CE8C60D04E816/InstallProperties. Verify that you have sufficient access to that key or contact your support personnel."

Who is my support personnel? Then it says I can ignore that problem. So I do. Then when i go to transfer my pictures from my phone to the computer, it says "Error on line 31, position 20 (on the top)Whitespace is not allowed at this location."(on the bottom)
And it will not show me any pictures from my phone. Someone please help me. I am lost. I bought this disk from ebay and it didn't come with any instructions. Thanks!!

I have had this issue myself but only with a motorola v220 go phone . As soon as I upgraded the flash the problem was gone.So I'm going to say something in your providers software package is causing your issue. With the go phone I believe because it was prepay phone they wanted you to use up your minutes transferring the images etc.Not downloading them
