My problem is quite simple and I cann't believe nobody has had the same problem.
But, probably, due to my poor English I did not find discussion about it.
So I decided to start new thread.
I author a DVD with IFOEdit because it has subtitles stream.
There is no tool which allows to visually set chapters like with TMPEG DVD Author and save them to Celltimes.txt file.
I do not have the original DVD to extract celltimes from.
I do not want author the DVD with no chapters at all.
If I set chapters every 20 minutes of 25 fps 2 hour video may I use celltime format 20x25x60xN (N=1..5):
30000
60000
90000
120000
150000
Or they will be incompliant due to I, P and B frame mess.
Then maybe can I find a places were to set chapter with DVD Author and write frame numbers in Celltimes.txt manually? Is TMPEG Author frame information compliant with IFOEdit's?

You can use DvdReMake Pro to add chapters "visually". Here is a similar guide: http://www.dimadsoft.com/dvdremakepro/ht_insert_chapter.php

I new there is a program! :-) But it shouts about missing titlesets and incorrect ifo's... and does not open IFOEdit authored DVD folder :-(

You need to get into folder with ifo & VOB files when importing. To make sure just double click on video_ts.ifo file.

Another thing: why would you use IFOEdit when there is muxman? It does the same job: multiplexes different streams, but makes it much better.

Does it? And what about authoring? And why it is better? I thought Scenarist and IfoEdit are the best. Actually I have already burned the disk, the chapter setting each 30,000 frames works.

Muxman stops responding but it is cool (I mean it finishes the job afterall). I wonder how I missed the program, probably because it is only 4 months young.

The Muxman authored DVD opens in DVD Remake, but it does not have subtitles. There was warning: Stream 1 has no modes selected.

And I do not see PGC pane in DVDRemake v.2.64. There is only Domain and Size.
