From Evolution-x to XBMC

I recently had my box soft modded. Both Evolution-x and XBMC were installed however Evolution-X boots and then XBMC is a program I can access.

What I want to do is have XBMC load as my dashboard as opposed to Evolution-X. The problem is I DO NOT have the tools nor the software to reinstall the mod. Of course I can FTP into my box though.

Also I am unable to get back into the MS Dash, Evolution-x freezes when I attempt to load it.
