V300 - Unable to transfer Images either to or from PC

Using MPT 3.23, I am unable to get the multimedia feature working to transfer images to or from the PC. My locked V180 has no problem with this feature.

It looks like the software loses the phone as when I close the multimedia windows, I get the "no phone connected" icon in the image of the phone on the desktop. Yet I can view the phone list which resides in the SIM. When I am in the Image Studio window, I can get the image I want to appear on the phone screen image on the desktop, but when I click on the green check symbol the images does not go over to the phone.

Any ideas on how to solve this?

try deleteing the modem in control panel and reinstalling it with the 300. I use the p2k driver
