I've never heard anything but terrible comments about Legacy media. I'd recommend looking at Taiyo Yuden, Verbatim Advanced AZO or RiDATA since they're all known high quality media :)

In your Epsom software click on third button from the bottom left hand side and set inner diameter to 22mm. Should do the trick for you.
