I am curious to see who can claim the crown of the most dvd video? Backup and originals apply...who has the most??? Please do not lie I am just curious to see if there is someone out there sicker then I am...

I have about 100 DVD's, but my movie collection consists over 1500 movies in different formats.

As for CD's alot (not 1500 though) - I have so many I sometimes forget I have one and rebuy it.

i have about a dozen CDs, never really got into them as i was poor when i was younger :)
dvds? well, that's a diff. story, about 3,000+ ORIGINAL dvd collection, blockbuster has got NOTHING ON ME :P, am in the process of backing up ALL of them, as others collect stamps/coins/collectibles/beanie babies/etc, i collect dvds~ :)
so, if you want a ballpark figure on TOTAL including backups of my originals...hmm...well over 5,000+ (but 2,000 are backups of my originals + have given to friends/family so i no longer OWN those particular backups~)
yeah...im what you would call "slightly excessive" :) that would be a mild term for my hobby~
seems like a few nice people already knew about this @aabbccdd/binkie :) you actually remembered, how thoughtful of you~

yeah, well, im what you would call an excessive freak~ :) i take my home theater audio/video equipment VERY seriously...i take all my electronics seriously actually~ :)
