Hi All,

I have the latest version of mobile phone tools (3.25b), and I was hoping it would fix this problem, but it hasn't so I'm asking this group for help! I have had the problem from the original version of MPT that was on the Cd that came with the phone.

Basically what happens is that all other functions seem to work when I'm in the explorer (copying video is Ok, copying sound files is OK) - but when I try to copy pictures back to my PC the phone takes so long to try and load the right side of the explorer ... and then finally disconnects the phone! Nothing works then so I have to re-start MPT and re-plug the USB cable from the phone to the computer. It's like it is timing out. Mind you ... I have 228 photos I'm trying to copy back to the PC. Has anyone else had this problem? Is this a common error?
Is there a workaround apart from " ... delete about 200 photos and it should work ..." - can the timeout be changed if it is a timeout?
