I got help before so that you guys helped me and set me up with DVD Decrypter and Shrink and now i am having trouble burning.

It pulls up a different screen in DVD Decrypter and it is basically where we started before i exited it.

The bottom left corner says:
Device Not Ready (Unable to Recover TOC)

I am trying to burn with DVD-R
Is it possibe that my burner needs DVD-RW?

is Shrink pulling up Decrypter automatically after the encode? You can set it to and it should do it no problem. You may as, I think flip is getting at, be using media not suppported by your burner (ie burner only burns +R and +RW discs and you're trying -R or -RW)
