Do not buy this product! I haven't been able to get it to work and have been trying for over a month now with countless wasted disks. 1clickdvd does not have phone support so you have to wait a day before they email you back with the same suggestion that they gave you in their last email. I got ripped off by this bunch, please don't let it happen to you!

I had no problems with one click, but I stopped using it when I found afterdawn, Dvdshrink, and DvdDecypter. I agree that you shouldn't buy it when there are free alternatives.
