TMpegEnc encoding multiple files?

Hi,
Is it possible to encode muliple files without hvaing to load them individually, like you can in CCE? Ive been trying to use CCE but have had trouble as the videos always come out very jittery. I have tried encoding with the same frame rate, in CCE, as the input DivX files (NTSC 29.xxx) and with 25 and 24.xxx frame rates, but the reault is always jittery. TMpegEnc produces perfect files, however it is annoying when I want to do a batch of say 10 episodes with seperate Audio and Video, and with all files using the same frame rate, bitrate etc. settings, and have to load them all individually!
