Anybody having this problem? Shrink and Decrypter won't do it. They both keep locking up and just sit there.

Are you getting an error message, if so what is it? More than likely though your disk might be bad, either scratched, smudged, dirty or has an imperfection. You can try cleaning it or take it back and get another original.

Hmmmmm....there was a small smudge that I could barely see. I had to look twice to see it. I cleaned it and bingo. Copied fine. I always look at that first, but neer imagined that something so small would affect it.
