I'm using DVD Lab Pro to make a DVD Menu. I am a little confused about the guide lines. Can I stretch my image up to the smaller dash line or the larger one? Or do I stretch the image to the full size of the template? How big can my background image be so it doesnt get cut off?

The outside dash line is the TV overscan area. Anything beyond that line may not show on your TV. Make your background fit to this line.
The inside dash line is the title safe area. Any links you make must be inside this line.
