Try adding .AVI to the end of the file name and add it with that name, example waroftheworlds.d2v.AVI the .AVI will not change anything in the file, all thats doing is disguising the .d2v as a .AVI so that tmpegenc will recognize it. let me know if it works

After you have Copied the "DVD2AVI.vfp" file from the DVD2AVI folder into the TMPGEnc install Directory you should go to "Options" to "Enviromental Settings" to "VFAPI Plugins" and make sure the "DVD2AVI.vfp Plugin" has a Check mark next to it....

Also after you have Created the D2V file you can Not Moove or Delete or rename any of the VOB/Mpeg-2 file you used to create the D2V file and you must also not Moove the d2V file or Rename it or the D2V file will not work....

I am having the same problem now. It use to work just fine but I'm just now starting to get back into converting my DVD's to put on my pocket pc. One thing I noticed is if I convert 1 .VOB file instead of all 5 I don't have this problem but when I convert all the .VOB files I get the unsupported file error.
