How in the world do I use my Swap Magic 3 plus??????

Hello everyone I got my swap magic 3 plus today and I installed the first part for the slimline. I have everything installed except for the B piece which is installed near the laser eye.but I am not sure how it jsut goes in there i'm really confused. Well any ways I need help on how to install that. And I already had it installed where it kept the thing with tan rubber on the frontto the right where it jammed in there so that tan thing couldn't go no where. then, I started me Dvd thing up and it keep saying that red screen that says this disc is not right or whatever. forget what it says. But I need help. I'm not sure at what top do first. So I need a step by step instruction on how to use the thing and how to install them. Thankx. Dude
