Hi I´m new in the forum and I just got SlimTool + Swap Magic 3.6 Plus and I can´t play cd games. I insert the boot cd, then I insert the game cd and it says that it is not a valid PS2 disc. I´ve tried this with MircoMachines and Marvel vs Capcom and it works fine, but in games like Shinobi and Project zero it doesn´t work. I´ve also tried with GTA sanandreas in dvd and it works fine. Is it some kind of incompatibility? can someone help me?

Yes, SMD doesn't work with all games. Search for the working and non-working patch list in this forum.

Okay you prolly arent using the swap tool. The whole point of the swap tool is to basically fool the PS2 that you are using a REAL game, which you arent. So what you need to do is use the boot disc, then when it asks for your copied disc, DONT PUSH EJECT. Use the swap tool to take out the SMD, and then insert the copied disc, reverse the swap method. load the game. And if you have any problems go to www.exploitstation.com to see some tutorials.

Can you play some PS2 games without a modchip and if so can you send me a list of which ones can be played?
