Can't FTP san andreas over to my PC... bankslot.dat locks the computer up!!! HELP!

I have successfully backed up every file ont he game except for bankslot.dat

When I try to copy this file it locks my computer up, I've tried copying it with 3 diffrent ftp services, none of the programs seem to work. Help me?
