I'm getting one delivered next Thursday & wonder if that DVR has any problems? Too bad they can't burn DVD's like a Humax will. I'd love that feature! Only problem with the Humax (Tivo with DVD burner) is there doesn't seem to be a way to defrag the HD or format it...

I'm not sure about Houston, but we have time warner here in LA, and their DVRs seem to be some proprietary type; its not a tivo or a replay...its incorprated into the TV tuner.

For the best quality mp3s use EAC (exact audio copy) to rip your audio CDs and LAME to encode them. Follow this guide:
