I am copying the movies I have to my HDD because I don't have a DVD burner. I use CyberLink PowerEncoder MPEG-4/AVC Edition 1.0 to take the movie files and merge them into one H.264 movie. I just want to know, should I use 1Mbps, 2Mbps or 3Mbps? Will I be able to notice an obvious difference between them? For example with National Treasure, should I use 1 2 or 3Mbps? What I am looking for is not the best quality or best compression but the best balance. Like the best quality for the best compression.
