usbadvance with swapmagic 3.3??

i have my external hd with games and usbadvance installed on it. i have the slim pstwo. i have swapmagic 3.3. i tried loading the hd but it didnt work. i read on here you can use 3.3 or above, is that true? or do i need swap magic 3.6plus? and if you can use sm3.3 i dont know what im doing wrong.

**i followed the tutorials, and i have games loaded on the HD, i have the SWAPMAGIC folder with all the files in there, renamed to the correct name too. and i have the HD turned on, i have SM3.3 dvd in the drive, start up the ps2. and it doesnt load anything, i try the special boot and nothing happens. do i have to sway with the usbadvance CD i burned? or is it just that i have SM3.3? also, is there a way to load the files on a memory card? if i HAVE to go out and buy SM3.6 plus i will, but if theres a way to do it with what i have then ill do that.

you should use your swap magic cd to load the usbadvance cd you burned.

so i actually have to swap the swap magic to the usbadvance cd i made? then itll load the HD? im using swap magic 3.3. will that still work? and im assuming i use the cd version.
