I want to softmod my xbox without obviously opening it. Is it possible to burn a program to dvd or cd as an iso and just install it on my xbox hard drive. My xbox is not connected to my PC. Which programs do i need. if this is possible

not possible... the chip "unlocks" your xbox.

as it is, your xbox harddrive is locked and a chip is needed to change that.

you cant install a chip through osmossis... so... say tata to your warranty

ya can use the memory card exploit but you need someone with a modded xbox to transfer the saved game hack to the memory card.

hey if you soft mod then you dont need a chip that is only in hard modding you dont even need to open your xbox when you softmod but you cant burn games or dvds... someone correct me if i am wrong

For the part where he starts onto "Ldots ltools Package v1.7.5 - There are 3 versions of this package depending on the game you wish to use. You can still burn games, just not with your XBOX or anything. For basics, the softmod has all the advantages as a modchip.
